2017 Members Contact update

Purpose

This page provides statistics on up to date contact details of our members.

The AFRINIC Customer Service Team started this project in July 2017.

This project aims to verify the accuracy of a total of 1421 contact details (total AFRINIC members at December 2016).

 

Meaning of "up to date"

For each "organisation" object, all the contact-related information should be correct.

For each "person" object referred to by any organisation, all the contact-related information should be correct.

For the 2017 contact update project, any record that has been verified during the 2017 calendar year will be counted as up to date.  This implies that any new records created during 2017 are automatically up to date.

"Verified" means that the relevant person or organisation has explicitly indicated that the information is correct.
