Whereas the Governance Committee was tasked by the AFRINIC Board to set up an investigation committee to look into allegations of sexual and moral harassment. Whereas the GC has invited interested parties to submit applications for consideration for membership of the investigation committee.
Whereas the GC has received applications from several parties.
Whereas after having considered the list of applicants.
RESOLVED that Benoit Chambers be appointed as the investigator to undertake the investigation based on the terms and conditions as found in the Terms of Reference. |
